Battery Care

Batteries lose capacity over time and after multiple charge/discharge cycles. They also lose capacity if left uncharged for a period of time. To gain the longest life of a battery it is best to recharge after each use and not to run the battery completely down. If it is run down completely recharge as soon as possible. If your machine is not used for a long period of time it is best to recharge the battery until full every three months. Batteries typically last three to five years if looked after correctly. Frequently used machines may have a shorter battery life due to higher than typical recharge/discharge cycles.
